P.A.T.I. is constantly developing and testing new products and production techniques in order to satisfy current and future market needs.
This range currently includes unique semi-impermeable membranes, flame retardant sheets and flexible tubes, medical items, biodegradable, photo-selective, permeable and many more. |

 PILOT PLANT
The applied research requires dedicated machinery which has to be versatile and flexible.
In P.A.T.I. such facilities allow to test in small scale and in continuous process new materials, formulations and methodologies.
The results of such experimentation can be quickly transferred in the industrial production, giving P.A.T.I. leading advantages and access to new products that become easily market references.
These in house facilities may be available to other organizations wishing to improve their products and processes, by collaborating with P.A.T.I. and using its qualified staff and expertises. |

Big sheets can be welded and packaged at P.A.T.I. on demand.
A wide range of thermoplastic polymers can be welded by thermic and high frequency welders in our facility. |

LABORATORY TESTS
 The laboratory, equipped with several instruments such as dynamometer, IR and UV-visible spectrophotometer, ball drop, artificial weathering chamber, humidity chamber to test anti-drip effectiveness, and more) features qualitative and quantitative analysis on raw materials, semifinished and finished products, samples and prototypes.
Available tests include:
- mechanical properties;
- optical properties;
- spectrophotometric analysis;
- duration tests;
- weathering and aging tests;
- anti-drip tests.
